Pursuant to its Selling Notice, dated November 14, 2013, Fannie Mae announced that Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac have updated the Louisiana Mortgage (Form 3019) and West Firginia Deed of Trust (Form 3049) to reflect changes in applicable state law. These updated security instruments have been posted on Fannie Mae's website. While lenders may begin using these updated forms immediately, use of these forms is mandatory, beginning April 1, 2014. Note that Spanish translations of the updated security instruments will be posted at a later date.
