OTS has announced the discontinuance of the National Monthly Median Cost of Funds Index (NMMC), used only in certain negotiated ARM plans. Fannie Mae is requiring that servicers use the Federal Cost of Funds Index effective March 15, 2012. To view this Servicing Notice, click here.
