Update to Programming Late Fee Addendum to Promissory Note

Update to the programming of the Late Fee Addendum to Promissory Note (LFATPN.MSC) to match an eNote request. i.e., if a user asks for an eNote, then all addenda attached to that note should also be ClickSign so they can be signed at the same time/same method as the note (If they don’t ask for an eNote, then both should be Ink).
