Form Update
Description
This is an ongoing project to create additional notary acknowledgment forms for each state, for notarizations done by a representative on behalf of another party. This update includes updates to Kentucky (KY.ACK, KYRON.ACK), North Dakota (ND.ACK, NDRON.ACK), New Mexico (NM.ACK, NMRON.ACK), Ohio (OH.ACK, OHRON.ACK), and Oregon (OR.ACK, ORRON.ACK).
