Update to the programming of the South Dakota Mortgage Broker Agreement (SDMBA.MSC) on page 3 in Section " Prepayment Penalty" to mark "Constant" checkbox if there is only one Prepay Percentage Penalty and marks "Tiered" if there is more than one.
