Servicing Guide Announcement SVC 2012-14 announces that effective October 1, 2012, Fannie Mae will retire its mandatory pre-filing mediation program for mortgage loans in Florida. This program’s goals were to reach borrowers in the earlier stages of delinquency which is being met through other means, such as the Florida Mortgage Help Centers and Florida borrower outreach events.
