Making Home Affordable has issued Version 4.3 of the Making Home Affordable Program Handbook for Servicers of Non-GSE Mortgages (Handbook) and can now be downloaded from HMPadmin.com. This handbook is a reference that outlines the requirements and guidelines of the Making Home Affordable Program for mortgage loans that are not guaranteed by Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac.
