Fannie Mae has postponed its April 1, 2014 implementation deadline for changes to its standard and streamlined modification programs that were announced in SVC-2013-28. Fannie Mae will be announcing the new effective date once it updates the mortgage loan amortization term options for the Fannie Mae Standard and Streamlined Modifications for mortgage loans with pre-modification mark-to-market loan-to-values (MTMLTV’s) having ratios of less than 80%.
