How do I grant access for my camera and microphone?

Your camera and microphone are required to participate fully in your Remote Online Notarization (RON) session. If access is blocked or not yet granted, your browser will prevent audio or video from working correctly. This page provides step‑by‑step instructions to help you allow camera and microphone access based on the browser you’re using. Simply find your browser below and follow the corresponding steps.

  2. Select Site settings or Permissions.
  3. Use the dropdown menus for Camera and Microphone to set them to Allow.
  4. Reload the page for changes to take effect.

Alternatively, via Settings: Go to Settings > Privacy and security > Site settings > Camera or Microphone. Here you can manage permissions for specific sites and set the default behavior.
