Computer Requirements
- Windows: Windows 10 or 11; Core i3 or higher; 8 GB RAM or higher
- Mac: macOS 11 (Big Sur) or later; Intel or Apple Silicon
Supported Browsers
- Google Chrome (latest two stable versions)
- Mozilla Firefox (latest two stable versions)
- Microsoft Edge, Chromium-based (latest two stable versions)
Computer Requirements
- Upload: 30 MB/s
- Download: 100 MB/s
Tablet Requirements
- A tablet equipped with a capable processor, such as a Snapdragon 8 Gen-series or Apple M-series chip, and at least 8 GB of RAM.
RON can be a bandwidth and computing-intensive application, so we advise users to exercise the maximum amount of discretion when it comes to accessing the platform.
- Do NOT - Attempt RON on slow, unstable, or public connections including cafes
- Turn OFF - All VPN's, anti-virus, and browser extensions
- Try - Clearing browser cache & history, using Incognito or private browsing, or different devices
- Close - Any browser tabs or applications irrelevant to the RON
RON is accessible on a mobile device for the borrower, but we strongly suggest only attempting Mobile RON on a strong Wi-Fi connection and a late model, flagship device.
RON does not require any app downloads, and it runs entirely in a web browser.
