Set Up Users
It’s easy for you to create, manage, and customize user accounts. This is where you’ll set up the roles and permissions for your team to access DocMagic.
- Name your users and decide their roles
- You can also define a role and then add users
- Set privileges by role or individual
- Then choose the loan packages they can process
Add Loan Programs
The Plan Manager is where you can add or remove loan programs assigned to your account. You can add investor-specific programs or generic options—whatever fits your business needs.
- Click Add a Plan to get started
- Pick one or more investors from the list
- Add programs one at a time or in bulk
