New Georgia Disclosure. On December 20, 2019, Georgia Department of Banking and Finance adopted a new rule related to Temporary Authority to Operate (for loan originators). The new rule requires a disclosure to be provided to applicants when a mortgage lender is sponsoring a loan originator with a temporary authority to operate.
