DocMagic has updated footer of the Wisconsin Declaration of Mortgage in Interest of Marriage or the Family (WISCML.MSC).  The form will now provide signature line for only one borrower.  This form will be provided as one for each married borrower, and each will be required to sign their copy individually.

Based on an article DocMagic wrote in 2016, DocMagic retired the Flood Hazard Notice (FHN.MSC).  DocMagic still maintains the form in its system, but is only making it available to customers through the forms list.
