New plan feature to add optional trustee language on the Note pursuant to FNMA Selling Guide Announcement SEL-2018-02. Customers wishing to add this optional language must request application of the plan feature.
Pursuant to FNMA Selling Guide Announcement SEL-2018-02, the HomeStyle Completion Certificate (Fannie Mae Form 1036) is being retired and will be replaced by the Appraisal Update and/or Completion Report (Freddie Mac Form 442/Fannie Mae Form 1004D) in loan packages using the HomeStyle Renovation loan program.
Ohio H.B. 199 repeals sections of law that govern requirements related to state-specific loan disclosures. These changes are effective March 23, 2018, and the following forms will no longer be included in Ohio disclosure packages: OHHLTVD.MSC, OHMLODS.MSC, OHMLODSA.MSC, OHNCMT.MSC and OHNETRMP.MSC.
Update to selection logic for California Condominium Earthquake Insurance Notice (CACEIN.MSC) to also return in California disclosure packages when there is a charge for Earthquake Insurance in the Prepaids section in addition to returning when there is a charge in the Impounds section.
Update selection logic for CAOFSA.MSC to no longer return for FHA and VA packages as CAOAAFS.MSC returns for the same purpose on FHA and VA loans. This change will cause CA to behave like other states where OAAFS.MSC is returned for FHA and VA loans.
Update to the California Occupancy and Financial Status Affidavit to no longer include a signature line for title-only persons.
