Update selection logic for Borrower's Contract with Respect to Hotel and Transient Use of Property to return only when the Financed Units is greater than one, irrespective of property type.  Currently, it returns for all Property Type = Condo on the basis of a prior FHA Info Alert.  Current Handbook 4000.1 requires it return for any property with 2-4 units under its General Property Eligibility Criteria. 

New form added to initial and closing packages for VA loan types.  Veteran's Statement Regarding Loan Refinance and Lender's Certification will return for loans with a closing date on or after April 1, 2018. 

Addition of Minnesota Loan Agreement Disclaimer to initial disclosure packages returning for Minnesota properties.  Form will begin to appear with packages processed beginning March 6. 

Update checkboxes on the Demographic Information Addendum for collection of GMI on the basis of visual observation or surname to only check when the application is indicated as a face-to-face interview.
