Updated Spanish Translation Aids for Redesigned URLA

As previously announced, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac (the “GSEs”) jointly published sample interactive Spanish translation aids for each component of the redesigned Uniform Residential Loan Application (“URLA”). The aids are non-executable versions of the updated URLA forms translated into Spanish.

The GSEs have revised the Spanish translation aids to be up to date with all the changes announced regarding the revised URLA, and the “data entry functionality has been changed where necessary to align with the English interactive URLA components.”

As a reminder, the forms that make up the new URLA, for which the GSEs are providing Spanish translations include:

The Spanish translation aids will be available in DocMagic’s testing environment on December 17, 2020, and in production on January 21, 2021.
