On March 8, 2019, North Dakota House Bill 1110 (“HB 1110”) was signed into law, enacting remote notarization amendments of the Revised Uniform Law on Notarial Acts, which allows notaries to perform notarial acts for remotely located individuals.   The notarial act may be on paper or on electronic records.

An updated version of the 4506-T was recently posted to the Internal Revenue Service website. The new form, with a revision date of March 2019, can be viewed here.

Changes can be found on page 2 of the form, in the Chart for all other transcripts section of the General Instructions. The chart has two parts with an address and phone number to use based on the state. The revised form added states to the top of the section and changed the second address and contact phone number listed.

DocMagic will be changing the selection logic for the VA Net Tangible Benefit Worksheet for IRRRL loans [Form ID VATNBW.MSC]. This will not affect any current form settings for VA Cash-Out Refinance loans.

Beginning on April 1, 2019, DocMagic will be adding the VA Net Tangible Benefit Worksheet (IRRRL) to Underwriting packages for VA IRRRL loans. Currently the form is available in the Forms List. (see VA Circular 26-18-13)
