Update to the programming of the New Jersey Application Disclosure (NJADF.MSC-A) update only applies to the -A version of this form. Update page 2 to include all broker fees on the "Origination Fee" line item. The "Total Fee Amount" line item is already correctly including these amounts.

Update to the programming of the Georgia Intangible Tax on recordable instruments. This will update Page 1, Intangible Tax, if loan term, is 62 months or less to print N/A. GA HB 586 changed the definition of Long-Term Note and removed the definition of Short-Term Note. Security instruments are only subject to intangible tax when they are a long term note that mature more than 62 months from the note date.

Update to to the programming of the Massachusetts Notary Acknowledgments (MA.ACK, MARON.ACK) updated to list the name of the POA as the document signer when applicable. The borrower’s name will be below, in the section for POA as the principal.

Update to the programming of FHA Adjustable Rate Notes in Section 4 (D) to show the correct percentage for the interest rate change to match USFHAAN.NTE Affected Forms: WIFHAAN.NTE, ORFHAAN.NTE, PAFHAAN.NTE, TXFHAAN.NTE, VTFHAAN.NTE, VAFHAAN.NTE, VAFHAANRN.NTE, and WVFHAAN.NTE. 

Audits that previously used the “Pre-Z Send Date" data point updated to return with “First LE Issue Date” data point instead. We updated the logic to use the “First LE Issue Date” in lieu of “Pre-Z Send Date" because we don't always get the “Pre-Z Send Date".

Update to the programming of the Texas 50(a)(6) Audit for loan programs that are 1st lien transactions only. This audit will fire as a Fatal.
