Update for July 1, 2024: Late fee dollar amount will increase from $31.00 to $32.00 for loans made under the Oklahoma Uniform Consumer Credit Code.

Updates to South Carolina applicable dollar amounts under the Consumer Protection Code effective July 1, 2024: Late fee maximum change from $23.00 to $25.50; Late fee minimum change from $9.20 to $10.20; Prepayment threshold amount change from $690,000 to $765,000. 

Update for July 1, 2024: Late fee dollar amount will increase from $9.36 to $9.88, for all subordinate-lien loans and for first-lien loans below $100,000.
