Update to suite of audits run to include only the applicable audits on Adverse packages. 

Update to the programming of the Maryland Homeowner’s Certification of Principal Residence – Prince George’s County (MDHCOPR.MSC).  Form updated for ADA tagging and to allow eNotary. Selection logic changed to provide one copy per borrower when eNotary is selected. 

Update to the programming of the Texas Mortgage Broker/Loan Officer Disclosure (TXMBD2.MSC) to allow the loan officer to Click Sign the form. 

Update to the programming of the Amortization Schedule (USAS.MSC) to allow for listing of Corporation or Trust name if one of the borrower types are listed as officer.

Update to the programming of the USDA Conditional Commitment Notice (RD355518.RH) to include an attachment page with additional language stating that the Conditional Commitment is contingent upon the availability of funding.  This will be added until the USDA announces that funding is available for the new fiscal year.

New audit that will deliver a fatal message if a lender who is not eNote certified tries to generate an eNote.  

Update to the programming of the California Financing Law statement of Loan (CAFLLSLL.MSC) to remove the co-signor name from the top borrower’s name section. It is already removed from the signature lines.

Update the programming for Closing Costs to include prepaids items on HELOC forms (USHEAG1.HLC, USHEAG2.HLC, USHEAG3.HLC, USHEAG4.HLC, HELOCDS.MSC)

Update to the programming of the Uniform Residential Loan Application Lender Loan Information (URLALLI.MSC) to create a Form.Data option to select borrower type to print as borrower name. For use when Entity is the borrower. 

Update to the programming of the Uniform Residential Loan Application Lender Loan Information (URLALLI.MSC) to complete the title currently held by names in section 2L (Title Information).
