Update to the programming for display of payoff items on the Veteran's Statement Regarding Cash-Out Refinances - Liens of Record as shown on the preliminary title report- to include only those mortgage loan and HELOC liabilities marked as related to the subject property.   

Update the programming of the Date Sent field on the Notice of Incomplete Application (NOIA.MSC) to use the Date Sent field for this purpose in loan data.  

Update programming of Halcyon 8821 form, for individuals (HCF8821.MSC) to include correct phone number for each borrower, when more than one borrower. 

Reimplement the consumer caution disclosure on Alabama subordinate lien notes (USSEC.NOT when state is AL), which appears above the signature lines.   

Update the percentage display for Interest Rate changes in Section 4(D) to match the percentage displayed as written.

Update to address for DataVerify used with completing the 4506-C (4506C.MSC) to reflect recent change to their location.
