This is an ongoing project to create additional notary acknowledgment forms for each state, for notarizations done by a representative on behalf of another party. This update includes updates to Alaska (AK.ACK, AKRON.ACK), Alabama (AL.ACK, ALRON.ACK), Arkansas (AR.ACK, ARRON.ACK), Arizona (AZ.ACK, AZRON.ACK), and Delaware (DE.ACK, DERON.ACK).

New audit to verify that the “Trust Established Date” in the “Trust Name” matches the “Trust Established Date” Datapoint in the worksheet data provided. This is in effort to support the use of eNotes for InterVivos trusts. As part of the specification for those eNotes, we need to include both the trust name, that often includes the date the trust was established, as well as explicit trust established date that is conveyed to us.

Update to the CORP rule to not fire if Entity has “TRUST”. This rule should be looking for "Limited" and other words to be used with LLC or partnership.
Update to the programming of the Washington Deed of Trust (WA3048.DOT) so that the trustee address is no longer printed twice on page 2. It was printing both under the Trustee name and on the line that state Trustee's address.
A new audit was created for use in our newer generic plan of DSI_DSCRF, DSCR (DEBT SERVICE COVERAGE RATIO) FIXED RATE PLAN providing a warning stating that the loan must be marked as Business Purpose/Business Use. Message: The loan must be marked as business purpose for use with this loan plan.
