Update to the programming of the Loan Fee Sheet (LFS2.MSC) to allow for the use of split escrows plan flag and also a new form feature for the aggregate to show as being paid by the borrower. 

Billing Method Authorization Form (BMAF.MSC) updated on page 1, at the top to remove the verbiage "Loan Number" and simply input the loan number. On page 2, removed text "Borrower Signature" and fill for the Borrower's printed name.

Texas Designation of Homestead Affidavit (TXDOHA2.MSC) remove date tag form owner signature lines on page 2. 

This is an ongoing project to create additional notary acknowledgment forms for each state, for notarizations done by a representative on behalf of another party. This update includes updates to Connecticut (CT.ACK, CTRON.ACK), Montana (MT.ACK, MTRON.ACK), New Jersey (NJ.ACK, NJRON.ACK), Nevada (NV.ACK, NVRON.ACK), and South Dakota (SD.ACK, SDRON.ACK). 

Updated Multistate Fixed Rate Note (US3200.NOT) for a plan feature to allow the MERS MIN to be removed. Also updated Minnesota Mortgage (MERS) (MN3024.MZM) to add more space to the legal description section.

Audit update for the internal data point to be updated for the CD APR tolerance check greater than .125 rule.
