Update to the programming of the Maryland and Virginia Assumption Disclosures (MDAD2.MSC & VAAD.MSC) to remove owner occupancy logic from the state build. 

Cross Collateral Addendum to the Note (CCATN.MSC) new addendum to the note when there are more than 2 addresses being used for collateral on a single loan. 

Update the rule to allow Kentucky, Maryland, Virginia, Wisconsin, and West Virginia to be able to print the Generic Loan Commitment (GLC.MSC). 

Update to the programming of California Notice to Cosigner, Appliance Statement, Notice to Borrower - Gnma Pool (CANTC.MSC, AS.MSC, SFGN2B.LSR) to remove small markings and improve the view of the signature section when eSigning.

Update to the programming of the Settlement Statement (HUD-1) (HUD1.MSC) to include POC amounts from the 900 Section, Prepaid Items.

Update to the programming of the Specific Closing Instructions Doc Checklist (SCIDCLTR.MSC) to add additional pages, if necessary, to include the complete list of document package forms. 

Update to the programming of the cancel increase rule to look for the data point of “Lien Holder Same as Subject Loan” in order to obtain the correct version of the Notice of Right to Cancel (NORTC.MSC). 

Update to the programming of the Rhode Island Home Loan Protection Act Disclosure - Tangible Net Benefit (RITNB.MSC) in the “Lower Monthly Payment” section to take into account the closing costs, assuming a 24-month recoupment period. 

Update to the programming of the Interest Rate Lock Agreement (IRLA.MSC) to remove the word “NULL” from the footer. 

Update to the Kentucky Points and Fees audit to include fees paid to an affiliate.
