This is an ongoing project to create additional notary acknowledgment forms for each state, for notarizations done by a representative on behalf of another party. This update includes updates to Virginia (VA.ACK, VARON.ACK) 

Programming was updated on the Escrow/Impound Account Agreement (EIAA.MSC)to look for taxes/insurance impounds. PMI would be included as an insurance.

First box will check if there are both taxes and insurance impounds. Second box will check if only taxes are found. Third box will check if only insurances are found. Fourth box will check if neither boxes above are checked.

Certificate of Loans to One Borrower (COLTOB.MSC) updated to turn off post fill when the “IF NO OTHER LOANS APPLIED FOR OR MADE, YOU MUST CHECK HERE” check box is checked (via form feature NoOtherLoansBox)

Disclosure Notices (DISNOT.MSC) updated to fix an issue with MISMO on the form. 

Adding selection for new Residential Mortgage Credit Score Disclosure Exception Notice forms for the Vantage Score model to select when a user provides credit score model data indicating Vantage Score (Form IDs: RMCSDEQV.MSC, RMCSDEXV.MSC, RMCSDTUV.MSC).

Cooperative Rider (COOPR.MSC-A) updated to add date programming on page 3 in section “IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Borrower has executed this Cooperative Rider under seal on ________________________. "

Update to the programming of the Florida FHA Note (FLFHA.NTE) moved MIN and Loan/Case number down a line. Virginia FHA Note (VAFHA.NTE, VAFHA.NTE-A) updated to move Case number up to be under the Loan number.

Update Universal Residential Loan Application (URLA.MSC) with FORM.DATA for Page 5, Section 5 Declaration page, for the page to be “hashed” or XXX out.

Updated Uniform Underwriting and Transmittal Summary (UUATS.MSC) to properly calculate expenses on second home REO in “All other Monthly Payments Used in Qualifying” section.

New audit that checks for borrower type position. This audit will help to detect if a co-borrower or any other non-individual or non-Officer (depending on if an entity) is in first position.
