Update to the programming of the Report and Certification of Loan Disbursement (261820.VA) on page 2 box number 29, to use the Purchase Price for the land if the loan is a purchase transaction. 

Update to the programming of the Florida Mortgage (FL3010.MTG) updated on page 2 , letter (C) where it prints the loan amt in words, and on page 4, the legal description section to allow additional space when printing in PDF so that words are not printing in the margins. 

Update to the programming of the California Financing Law Statement of Loan – Broker (CAFLLSL.MSC) updated to add additional lines for charges to Section 3 on page 1.

Add audit for all Point LOS users to ensure a credit report is included with loan charges.

Update to the programming of the VA Allowable Fees Audit to remove the charge of Commission Buyer Broker from the 1% unallowable fees list. The charge of Commission Seller Broker is still included in unallowable fees. 

Multistate Planned Unit Development Rider (US3150.RID) on page 1 to add more space for the property address section to fit the whole address.

Update to the programming of the Texas Secondary Mortgage Loan Information Sheet (TXSMLIS.MSC) and the Texas Secondary Mortgage Loan Insurance Notice (TXSMLIN.MSC) to print the appropriate boxes for taxes and insurance. 

Update to the programming of the Pennsylvania VA Mortgage - MERS (PAMTGZN.VA) to allow for additional spacing for the parcel ID at the top of page 1.
