Update to the programming of the Texas 50(a)(6) Audit for loan programs that are 1st lien transactions only. This audit will fire as a Fatal. 

Update to the programming of the Evidence of Joint Application (EOJA.MSC) to add signatures of cosigners. 

Update to Virgin Islands Mortgage- MERS (VIMTGZ.VA) to print the VA Case number on the security instrument. 

Update to the programming of FHA Mortgage- New York (NYMTG2.FHA) for Page 14, section 25,  Borrower’s Statement Regarding the Property, to check the proper box based on inputs. 

Audits that previously used the “Pre-Z Send Date" data point updated to return with “First LE Issue Date” data point instead. We updated the logic to use the “First LE Issue Date” in lieu of “Pre-Z Send Date" because we don't always get the “Pre-Z Send Date".

Update the Halcyon Consent and Request Form for Business (HCF8821B.MSC) to pull the Taxpayer ID based on the relationships between the party going on the form and their EIN.

New audit to return if a user selects Unknown from Marital Status list.

 Update to the programming of the Ohio Second Mortgage -MERS  (OHSEC.MZM) to adjust and align barcode so that it is not overlapping the footer as well as create a plan feature option for execution date to populate with closing date.
