This update includes updates to Colorado (COLGL.ACK, COLTR.ACK, CORONLGL.ACK and CORONLTR.ACK), District of Colombia (DC.ACK, DCRON.ACK), Florida (FL.ACK, FLRON.ACK), Iowa (IA.ACK, IARON.ACK), Idaho (ID.ACK, IDRON.ACK), Illinois (IL.ACK, ILRON.ACK), Kansas (KS.ACK, KSRON.ACK), and Maine (ME.ACK, MERON.ACK). 

New audit for maximum term to be 30 years on FHA loans. Sample Verbiage: The maximum mortgage term for FHA financing may not exceed 30 years. Please review loan term.

Florida HELOC Mortgage - MERS & Non-MERS (FLHESI.HLC &FLHESIM.HLC) added 2 additional lines of space on page 1, letter B, for borrower vesting to fit.

Update the applicability for the MN High-Cost Test to no longer include fees paid to Affiliate.  

South Carolina Mortgage Broker Fee Agreement (SCMBFA.MSC) updated to make the signatures dynamic and add pages and update page numbers if extra pages are needed.

South Dakota Mortgage Broker Agreement (SDMBA.MSC) updated to add programing to Page 2 sections " Costs and Expenses”, " Liens Authorized by Borrower to be Paid", " Estimated Cash From/To Borrower at Closing”, and Page 4 section " Expiration Date of Agreement". 

Update to the programming of the Rhode Island Tangible Net Benefit (RITNB.MSC) to check for Loan Purpose, Refinance Increase, and if the monthly payment has decreased.

HELOC Credit Agreement and Disclosure Statement (USHEAG1.HLC) updated to include section 18 on page 5.

New audit to verify that the “Trust Established Date” in the “Trust Name” matches the “Trust Established Date” Datapoint in the worksheet data provided. This is in effort to support the use of eNotes for InterVivos trusts. As part of the specification for those eNotes, we need to include both the trust name, that often includes the date the trust was established, as well as explicit trust established date that is conveyed to us.
