Update to the programming of all credit score rules to allow two scores per agency, both FICO and Vantage, if that is the information sent by the client. This will allow multiple Residential Mortgage Credit Score Disclosure Exception Notice (RMCSDEQ.MSC, RMCSDEQV.MSC, RMCSDEX.MSC, RMCSDEXV.MSC, RMSCSDTU.MSC, RMSCSDTUV.MSC) to print per borrower. 

After recent updates allowing for use of Vantage scores, to allow for users to send both scores and ensure selection of forms by checking through all scores provided, updating selection logic for credit score forms to loop through a max of eight (8) scores, up from four (4).

This is an ongoing project to create additional notary acknowledgment forms for each state, for notarizations done by a representative on behalf of another party. This update includes updates to Utah (UT.ACK, UTRON.ACK). 

Florida Notary Acknowledgments (FL.ACK, FLRON.ACK) updated on page 20 section “state or place of formation or incorporation” to display the full entity information.

Update to the programming of the Notice of Right to Cancel (NORTC.LGL, NORTCI.LGL, NORTC.MSC, NORTCI.MSC) is pulled with an REO with a pledged indicator for a cross-collateralized loan, the address on the NORTC will reflect the primary residence REO address.

New audit that will verify if a notary from another state can be used to remotely notarize for a client.
