Updates to the programming of the 4506c and alt versions (4506c.msc-alt, 4506c.msc-v2, 4506c.msc-v3, 4506c.msc-v4, 4506c.msc-v5) for there to be a hyphen added to the zip code if more than 5 digits are passed between the 5th and 6th digit. 

Update to the 2024 HPML threshold amounts as well as updated the rules for when Disclosure of Right to Receive a Copy of an Appraisal (DRRCA.MSC) is issued.  

Update for the 2024 Pennsylvania Loan Interest and Protection Law Base Figure to be increased to $312,159

Audit to update the HOEPA, Section 32, and QM thresholds to the 2024 amounts 

Update to the programming of Texas Second Lien Deed of Trust - MERS (TXSEC.MZD) For the trustee's address to only print in the trustee address section and not under the trustee's name.
