Updated programming on the Colorado HELOC Deed of Trust (COHESI.HLC, COHESIM.HLC) to update the definition of Public Trustee, similar to the closed end Colorado DOT.  

Update to the programming of Acknowledgment of Receipt of Appraisal Report (ARAR2.MSC, ARAR2.MSC-A), Mortgage Fraud is Investigated by the FBI (FRAUD.MSC), and PMI Initial Disclosure - Fixed (PMIF.DSC) to include a signature line for Co-Signor. The form is currently only including signature lines for borrower(s). 

Added a new audit (NO_PMI_WITH_MI_RENEWAL) that checks if there are renewal rates but no PMI Monthly Amount provided.

Created an audit (NO_NEGATIVE_MI) to catch and prevent there from ever being any negative MI renewal rate
