Update to Programming VA Cash out Refi Disclosure Final (VAGHLCOF.MSC) to have the "home equity remaining" field only include liabilities that are associated with the subject property.

Update to the programming of the Texas Disclosure of Multiple Roles in a Consumer Real Estate Transaction (TXDOMR.MSC) to correct the placement of the From: name and the check boxes.
