Wisconsin Variable Rate Loan Disclosure (WIVRLD.MSC) has been added to the Wisonsin state build.  This form complies with Wis. Stat. § 138.056(6) and will return in initial, pre-closing, and closing packages for Wisconsin 1st lien ARM loans that are owner occupied.

Update signature logic for Massachusetts Licanes Disclosure (MALD.MSC) to also include a signature for the co-signer as the requirement is for a licensee to provide the disclosure to all clients and residential mortgage loan applicants. 

Update selection logic for TXDOMR.MSC to return for all origination types, not only purchases.  The disclosure of multiple roles extend beyond roles limited to a purchase, i.e., residential mortgage loan company who serves as originator and attorney for lender/buyer/seller, etc. 

Revised the TX A6 audit to reduce the threshold from 3% to 2% and exclude appraisal, survey, title insurance and title examination fees.   Effective for loans closed on or after January 1, 2018. 

Thresholds updated for the federal Section 32 and Qualified Mortgage high cost tests to reflect 2018 changes.  

The audit for prepayments in Pennsylvania is updated to reflect 2018 adjustments to the dollar threshold for applicability.  

Update to Vermont high cost audits and VTHRHP.DSC to reflect 4.0% declared rate in 2018. 

Update to New Jersy High Cost test to reflect updated maximum loan amount  of $487,618.86 subject to high cost rules. 

The Illiniois High Risk Home Loan test is updated to reflect annual dollar amount adjustments. Points and fees trigger updated to the lesser of 8% or $1052 for loan amounts less than $21,032.
