The Maryland Affidavite of Refinancing Exemption (MDARE.MSC and MDARE2.MSC) have been updated.  Previously, only one of the forms would return based on whether or not the borrowers were part of a trust or not.  Logic has been updated to provide both forms if the worksheet has more than one borrower and is a trust.  Clients will be responsible for determining whether or not both forms are required.  If the loan is not a trust, only one of the forms will return in the forms list regardless of the number of borrowers.

Informational audit for HPML/Section 35 has been added that asks the client to "please confirm the borrower(s) ability to repay using current income and assets" when the worksheet fails the HPML/Section 35 test.

DocMagic has included a new Payoff Charge code ("PSL") to allow clients to indicate whether a payoff is being paid to the same lender originating the loan.  This charge code is available as a drop-down selection as "Payoff Same Lender". 

Total Payments calculation was updated to include Mortgage Insurance when Mortgage Insurance is being collected during the construction phase.

Update to selection logic for Equifax (RMCSDEQ.MSC), Experian (RMCSDEX.MSC), TransUnion (RMCSDTU.MSC), Exception Notice (RMCSD.MSC), and No Score (NSAEN.MSC) Residential Credit Score Disclosure forms to return an additional copy included for co-signers.

Update LTV to consider rehabilitation costs in addition to sales price for Homestyle Renovation loans.  This feature is enabled through a plan setting.

Update to USDA audits to reflect fiscal year 2018 annual fee and upfront fee amounts.
