Title only individuals who also include an indicator that they are a joint applicant will no longer appear in the list of borrowers on the Massachusetts loan application Continuation Sheet (MACS.MSC) or the 1008 (1008.MSC).
Remove state-specific Civil Union/Domestic Partnership Addendums from applicable state builds so that these will no longer return in packages using the new, redesigned URLA 2021. Instead, the Unmarried Addendum which is part of the redesigned URLA 2021 will be automatically appended to the application for any unmarried borrower, for the same purpose as these retired forms. The forms will still return in the relevant states when the "Revised 2009" version of the URLA is used.
Update to the selection logic for the redesigned Uniform Residential Loan Application to return the new URLA when the URLAType is blank after March 1, 2021. Prior to March 1, 2021, if the URLAType data point in the worksheet is blank, the Revised2009 version of the URLA will return. After March 1, 2021, the URLA type for Revised2009 would be required in order to receive the prior version of the URLA.
