Title only individuals who also include an indicator that they are a joint applicant will no longer appear in the list of borrowers on the Massachusetts loan application Continuation Sheet (MACS.MSC) or the 1008 (1008.MSC).

Remove state-specific Civil Union/Domestic Partnership Addendums from applicable state builds so that these will no longer return in packages using the new, redesigned URLA 2021.  Instead, the Unmarried Addendum which is part of the redesigned URLA 2021 will be automatically appended to the application for any unmarried borrower, for the same purpose as these retired forms.  The forms will still return in the relevant states when the "Revised 2009" version of the URLA is used.     

Update to the selection logic for the redesigned Uniform Residential Loan Application to return the new URLA when the URLAType is blank after March 1, 2021. Prior to March 1, 2021, if the URLAType data point in the worksheet is blank, the Revised2009 version of the URLA will return.  After March 1, 2021, the URLA type for Revised2009 would be required in order to receive the prior version of the URLA. 

Updates the Veteran's Statement Regarding Cash-Out Refinances to ensure "Cash proceeds paid" amount matches any amount disclosed on the Closing Disclosure as Cash to Close Total.   Logic update for users of certain features that use atypical calculation sources for the Cash to Close Total to ensure consistency for all such features.   

Update to include "individual" capacity for trustees borrowing on Florida homestead properties.  

Remove FHN.MSC (obsolete form) from DSI loan plans.   

Update to revised Uniform Residential Loan Application selection logic to include indicator for URLA Type = "Effective2021", in addition to possible enumerations of "Effective2020" and "Effective2019".  

Update to the inventory file for the Borrower's Certification and Authorization (TDC.LSR) and the Request for Tax Transcript (4506T.MSC) to allow the user to specify on a transaction basis whether these forms should be ink signed or click signed.

Release of additional inventory logic update to support the automatic selection of electronic note versions of standard DocMagic notes, when an eNote is requested by the user.

State-specific AKA forms will no longer return in standard packages.  The Signature Affidavit and AKA Statement (Form ID: AKA.LSR) was recently updated to dynamically append the relevant state's notary certificate so that individual state-specific versions of the form are no longer required and will be removed from existing logic.  Additionally, SAAKAS.MSC will return, with a dynamic notary, for any closing package that includes an electronic signature request, eNote or eNotary.
