Update to the programming of the Drafting Authorization Agreement for Direct Payment by ACH (DAA2.MSC) to allow checking and savings boxes and bank information section completed by post fill. 

Update to the programming of Limited Power of Attorney (LPATT2.MSC) to be letter size instead of a legal size and added dynamic notary.
