Additional audits to check if a MI renewal rate is provided that there is a related MI calculation in the amortization.   

New form added to initial and pre-closing packages for new North Dakota Residential Mortgage Lending License.  

New audit for Georgia property loans where no intangible tax is provided in the charges but the loan also is identified as not meeting any defined exemption.  New recording rules effective July 1st, 2023, require inclusion of the intangible tax amount or the related exemption on page 1 of the security deed.  

Updates to audits for MI renewal rates to alternatively use new data fields which allow up to six decimal places. 

Page 2 of the Texas Disclosure (TXD.MSC) requires information about the title insurance policy that is completed by the title agent via postfill that is optional.  Update to make the postfill required, when completing via eSign. 

Update to the signature line on standard HELOC agreements to not include a label for "Date" below the signature line.   (Form IDs: USHEAGF.HLC, USHEAG1.HLC, USHEAG2.HLC, USHEAG3.HLC, USHEAG4.HLC, USHEAG417.HLC, USHEAG427.HLC)

Update to the postfill on remote and electronic notary certificates to make the postfill required before the notary may sign.  

New audit to check for eligibility of the product when attempting to generate an eNote.  Products not eligible for eNote include: construction loans, New York CEMAs, Texas 50(a)(6) loans, Homestyle Renovation loans, loans to trusts, loans on properties in Puerto Rico. 

Update to display of the loan amortization and features information on the URLA Lender Loan Information form (URLALLI.MSC) for HELOCs.  Currently the URLALLI Loan Features section does not display the interest only features or adjustable rate change information of a HELOC.  Limited to DocMagic standard HELOC Plan codes. 

Update to the fatal audit for states where DocMagic RON may be used to add Kansas and Rhode Island as now requiring approval of the provider.  Once approval is obtained, states will be removed from the audit.
