Update to the programming logic used for completing Proposed Housing Expense on the URLA Lender Loan Information (URLALLI.MSC) to allow for totaling of repeated Housing Expense Types, if provided.  For example, if multiple Housing Expense Types of Real Estate Taxes are provided, total all and display the total for Real Estate Taxes rather than only the first item provided.  

Update to display a value of $0.00 in the Qualifying the Borrower section of the URLA Lender Loan Information when there is no value for an item. 

Addition of new form to return for VA loans in New York.  The New York Loan Counseling Notice (NYLCN.MSC) will return in Application and Initial Disclosure packages. 

Update to notary acknowledgments on non-recordable documents in South Carolina to remove notarization for witness that is not required to sign such documents. 

Update to the Vermont High Points Rule to exclude broker compensation in accordance with 1998 HUD-1 Instructions, as this was not disclosed in line 801 or 802.  This change updates the rule used for selecting the Vermont High Rate, High Point Disclosure. 

Replacement of the Construction Loan Addendum Amending the Note for Veterans Affairs Construction-to-Permanent Loans.  New document reflects changes to the payments during the construction phase to reflect no payments by the veteran during the construction phase in accordance with VA requirements. 

Update to the Spokane, Washington County Treasurer information that populates on GATAX.LSR to correct a missing "R" in Treasurer. 

Remove the MISMO-specific version of three VA forms from DocMagic default plans, wherein the form uses MISMO data to complete programming rather than DocMagic worksheet.  Update is to the VA Loan Analysis (261820.VA), VA Loan Summary (260286.VA), and the Request for a Certificate of Eligibility (261880.VA).  These forms will still return as expected in the same packages but will use DocMagic worksheet data in line with all other DocMagic forms. 

Update the discount point consideration to follow section 32 in addition to bonafide indicator, from considering only the bonafide indicator.    

Update to consideration of seller-paid discount points in the New Jersey high cost points and fees test.  The New Jersey high cost test includes charges or fees that if paid by the borrower would be included in the points and fees even when those charges are paid by the seller.  The New Jersey high cost test does include seller-paid charges and origination points in the points and fees calculation, this change updates for discount points inclusion.
